Deviance: d2 - Emil is really an amnesiac, meaning he really is Aster (who supposedly died at the hands of Lord Ratatosk) and will slowly regain his memories over time. It'll also eventually default to the perfect ending of the game.

Canon Used: Mainly the games: Tales of Symphonia 1 and 2. If I come across any supplemental things, like manga scans or the like, I'll do my best to tie them in, too. But as of right now, I have no access to those.
